Based in Glasgow, the Group manufactures and markets innovative enterprise software solutions. In addition, Customer Services operations provide telephone and internet helpdesk support, while Training Services provide both classroom and open learning courses for users.

Resolution Case Management

Inependent Advice SoftwareFor the independent advice sector, Resolution Case Management supplies a range of secure internet-hosted casework management solutions. An established family of products in use across the UK with more than 100 agencies, customers include AdviceUK, the largest UK network of advice-providing organisations, local authorities and private sector advice providers. Resolution warrants a 99.9 percent uptime service level agreement with its customers and has always surpassed this.

Resolution Booking Systems

Liquid Booking System SoftwareResolution Booking Systems' booking management software, Liquid Booking, was originally developed in partnership with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. In 2008, the software was used at the main Fringe box office, the half-price hut, e-ticketing tent and Friends of the Fringe to sell, print and enable fringe-goers to collect more than 300,000 tickets ordered online, in person or by telephone for 230 Fringe venues during the two week festival. Liquid Booking was also used at the Brighton Festival Fringe.
